He travels through space and time, stealing items from different realities and from time periods and leaving behind a calling card and a portrait of the Eclipse.
Both the Dealer and Kado Throne are located at the Eclipsed Estate POI. As recommended for any challenge in Fortnite, it is best to first find some good weapons and have some shields before facing these enemies. Make sure to have some Business Turrets, the new items added to the game. And be careful of your surroundings since many other players may want to complete this challenge and decide to eliminate you on their way as well.

In addition, it is important to note that you can farm only one item from these dragons at once, and then you have to wait for some time before you can get another item again. So, remember that you have to be patient and strategic when farming items from Dinraal.
Dinraal flies around the outer areas of the Death Mountain, circling East Akkala, North Akkala Beach, Akkala Wilds, Skull Lake, Eldin’s Flank, Darunia Lake, and Thyphlo Ruins. Then, the dragon descends to the Depths, and re-emerges from the East Akkala Plains chasm. Since Death Mountain is hard to spot, higher locations such as Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower will be ideal if you need to spot the Fire Dragon. The above map shows you the exact path Dinraal takes. However, unlike Breath of the Wild, TotK’s dragon spawn times are hard to predict. Therefore, if you have unlocked the sensor, set it to the fire dragon. Then, the sensor will alert you whenever it flies near you.
The coordinates and location provided above can serve as a good waiting point for Dinraal. This is one of the best ways to encounter Dinraal as it lets you get close to it without leaving the cliff, allowing you to easily hit it on hard-to-reach areas like its claws and mouth with your bow and arrow.
